Elements of the New Homepage
The new homepage has been designed to allow the user access to all information on the CSO website, with a minimum number of mouse clicks. All of the information from the old homepage is also available on the new homepage, but the information is presented in a manner which brings the user to their area or item of interest directly with a minimum number of mouse clicks.
- Statistics are now listed by theme heading to bring the user directly to their statistics area of interest.
- The latest CSO releases are now listed by date on the homepage.
- The 'News Corner' provides direct access to news items of interest (eg Upcoming Conferences and Seminars)
- Details of releases and Publications due for release are available from either the 'Release Calendar' hyperlink in the 'Latest Releases' box in the top right hand corner or from 'Statistics Due for Release' in the 'News Corner' box in the bottom left corner of the page.

Latest Releases
This section provides shortcut links to the CSO releases and publications released on the day. It is updated daily at 11:00 a.m. to coincide with the CSO’s release policy. The link will take you directly to the release or publication. If there are no releases for a particular day the previous days releases will be shown.
Underneath this listing, the ‘More Releases’ link will take you to the full listing of releases for the previous two weeks.

News Corner
Under the 'News Corner' you will get access to:
- Latest releases and publications - also available in ‘Latest releases’ box in upper right of main content
- Press releases
- Website updates - latest updates including web site changes and new content
- Conferences and seminars – details on all upcoming conferences and seminars, both national and international
- Statistics due for release – also available in ‘Latest releases’ box in upper right of main content
- Survey news - all the latest news and CSO surveys
